Grant Thornton Nigeria is seeking an IT Supervisor to join their dynamic team.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the development of the firms I.T strategy and annual budgets
- Promptly and efficiently resolve hardware and software technology issues within the firm to prevent impedance to operations.
- Liaise with relevant vendors and service providers in managing, maximizing and maintaining business equipment and facilities within the various. locations of the firm nationwide.
- Perform installations, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Maintain and administer the server. Develop and manage website to meet current business challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Experience with Intune, Azure DevOps, and other IT management tools.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and firewall management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
